Responsibilities: Preparing metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, priming) Applying paint and coating materials to metal products manually or using equipment Selecting and preparing paint and coating materials according to technological requirements Ensuring uniformity and quality of painting, absence of drips and unpainted areas Maintenance of painting equipment, cleaning and servicing Adhering to technological charts and painting instructions Inspecting the condition of parts to be painted before painting Observing safety and labor protection rules when working with paints and equipment
Responsibilities
Preparation of metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, priming)
Application of paint coatings to metal products manually or using equipment
Selection and preparation of paint materials in accordance with technological requirements
Ensuring uniformity and quality of painting, absence of drips and unpainted areas
Maintenance of painting equipment, cleaning and servicing
Adherence to technological charts and painting instructions
Inspection of painted parts before painting
Compliance with safety and labor protection rules when working with paints and equipment
Requirements
Secondary vocational education
Experience as a metal painter for at least 1 year
Experience with various types of paints and coatings
Ability to work with painting equipment (spray guns, compressors)
Knowledge of metal surface preparation technology for painting
Absence of medical contraindications for working with paint materials
Readiness for physical exertion
