Sales Business Trainer (FMCG) - ИП ООО "FIRSTGROUP" (1-3 years of experience) Salary: 13,000,000 - 18,000,000 UZS with KPI Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site, Field Work Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent, Mirabad district, 3rd Faizabad passage Description First Group is a major FMCG distribution company in Uzbekistan, working with well-known brands such as Rexona, Dove, Jacobs, NIVEA, TESS, Clear, and many others. We are looking for a Business Trainer with experience in FMCG distribution to develop the skills of the sales team through training and field coaching. Responsibilities: Develop and conduct training programs for sales representatives, supervisors, and sales managers. Conduct field training and coaching of employees directly in customer interactions. Develop sales standards, scripts, training materials, and methodological guides. Organize the adaptation and training of new employees during their onboarding. Conduct testing, certification, and assessment of employee knowledge and skills. Form and update a knowledge base on sales and company products. Analyze training results and identify development areas for sales teams. Monitor the execution of training plans and increase the quantity and quality of field trainings. Track the speed of new employee adaptation and training effectiveness. Collaborate with sales managers and supervisors on employee development. Evaluate the impact of training on sales team KPIs and sales plan achievement. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Trainer. Mandatory experience in FMCG distribution – understanding the specifics of field sales and sales team operations. Practical knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and adult learning. Experience in conducting trainings, field coaching, and public speaking. Ability to independently develop training programs and materials. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in Russian and Uzbek languages. Readiness for regular field work.
