Head of Clinical Research Center Samarkand - Meros tadqiqot (No experience required) Salary: from 16,000,000 UZS Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Address: Samarkand, Ali Kushchi 62 Description The main goal of the role is to organize and manage the activities of the Meros tadqiqot clinical research center, ensure that conducted research complies with regulatory requirements and GCP standards, control data quality and participant safety, with a focus on the quality of medical care and patient safety. Responsibilities: Management of the clinical research center's activities. Planning and coordination of clinical research execution. Ensuring compliance with research protocols and GCP requirements. Quality control of collected data and documentation. Management of the center's personnel, including recruitment, training, and motivation. Interaction with sponsors, CROs, and regulatory authorities. Ensuring timely completion of research stages. Reporting on the center's performance results. Requirements: Higher medical or pharmaceutical education. Valid specialist certificate in "Clinical Pharmacology", "Healthcare Organization and Public Health" or a related specialty. At least 3 years of experience in clinical research. At least 1 year of experience managing a clinical research center or a similar unit. Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to conducting clinical research (GCP, local legislation). Knowledge of project management principles in the field of clinical research. Proficient PC user (MS Office, specialized software for clinical research management). Proficiency in Russian. Proficiency in Uzbek. Willingness to travel for business.
