Responsibilities: Participate in the development of urban planning documentation (layout projects, demarcation projects) Prepare and format graphical materials for projects (schemes, drawings, presentations) Analyze data to justify design solutions Study and apply the regulatory framework in urban planning and land use Interact with design departments and related specialists Learn to work with GIS systems and specialized software Prepare reports and analytical notes based on research results
Responsibilities
Participation in the development of urban planning documentation (layout projects, demarcation projects)

Requirements
Higher education in urban planning, architecture, or construction.
Knowledge of regulatory documentation for urban planning and land use (GPZU, PZP, SP).
Proficiency in specialized software for urban planning (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Skills in data analysis, report preparation, and presentations.
Understanding of sustainable development principles and modern urban planning trends.
Ability to work with a large volume of information and visual materials.
Readiness to learn and master new software products.
