Responsibilities: Cleaning and organizing the territory and buildings. Operating and maintaining equipment and technical means. Assisting in construction and repair work. Monitoring sites and maintaining order. Controlling the storage of household inventory and materials. Ensuring equipment and tools are in working order. Monitoring compliance with safety rules on the construction site. Implementing quality control during the work process and eliminating defects. Keeping track of construction materials and monitoring their consumption. Ensuring compliance with technological maps during construction processes. Monitoring the execution of construction work according to the schedule and reporting. Requirements: Monitoring the construction process. Monitoring technical safety. Monitoring discipline. Providing necessary construction-related information to management.
