Responsibilities
Search and attract new clients in the IT segment
Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts for IT services
Develop relationships with existing clients and increase sales volume
Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for clients
Manage the full cycle of IT projects from start to completion
Plan and control the timelines, budget, and resources of IT projects
Coordinate the work of the development team and other project participants
Manage risks and resolve emerging issues within IT projects
Interact with clients on all project-related matters
Prepare reports on project status and sales results
Analyze the IT services market and competitive environment
Participate in the formation of sales strategy for IT products and services
Requirements
Higher or secondary vocational education
Sales experience of 1 year or more
Knowledge of sales techniques and deal stages
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience with cold calls and objection handling
Product or service presentation skills
Willingness to travel on business
Fluent Russian language proficiency
