UX/UI Designer - AO "BRIO GROUP" (1-3 years of experience) Salary: from 8,000,000 UZS Employment Type: Full-time Work Format: On-site Work Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 - 18:00 Address: Tashkent, Bogishamol Street 179 Description OSON is an international fintech holding with over 3 million users and 8,000+ services, developing financial products and payment infrastructure. As our products grow, so does the design workload: several mobile applications and websites are being developed in parallel. Therefore, we are looking for a Middle Designer who can independently manage tasks from idea to release, handle a large volume of revisions, and collaborate with the product team and development. Responsibilities: Design and create mobile applications for iOS and Android: user flows, wireframes, final UI, clickable prototypes. Design websites and web interfaces – landing pages, corporate websites, admin panels – with adaptations for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Develop all screen states: loading, errors, empty lists, long text, edge cases for payment scenarios. Work within the OSON design system: use and maintain common components, color tokens, and typography without custom styles. Prepare mockups for handover to development: specifications, asset export, supporting the team's questions until release. Create graphics and illustrations using AI tools with subsequent manual refinement in Photoshop and Illustrator – banners, icons, promotional materials. Assemble clickable prototypes and demo mockups for stakeholders. Consider localization into Uzbek and Russian – string lengths, layout, consistent terminology. Implement revisions iteratively, participate in design reviews, and defend your solutions to management and clients.
