Customer Service Specialist. Join Our Growing U.S.-Based Team (Tashkent Office) We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join our remote team in Customer Service. Oybek) ⏰ Working Hours (Tashkent Time): March – November: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM / 3:00 AM November – March: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 4:00 AM Responsibilities: Handle and process inbound calls efficiently. Communicate professionally in English with U.S.-based clients, insurance providers, hospitals, and medical offices. Maintain accurate documentation and patient/client records. Provide fast, empathetic, and effective problem-solving support.
