Responsibilities: Processing incoming phone calls from customers Consulting customers on products and services Recording applications and orders in the system Updating and filling customer information in the CRM system Adhering to service standards and SLA Directing customers to relevant specialists Maintaining and supporting customer relationships Requirements: No experience in sales or from 6 months of experience Secondary vocational or higher education Basic computer skills Literate oral and written communication in Uzbek Literate oral and written communication in Russian Basic CRM system skills or willingness to learn Readiness to work in a call center
Responsibilities
Processing incoming phone calls from customers
Consulting customers on products and services
