Responsibilities: Establish contact with customers and answer their questions Receive and process incoming calls Provide customers with information about products and services Process orders and prepare necessary documents Resolve customer issues and provide assistance Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system Collect and analyze customer feedback Requirements: Secondary vocational or higher education No experience or up to 6 months in sales Basic skills in working with CRM systems Fluent in Uzbek Fluent in Russian Fundamentals of customer relations Communication and information provision skills Computer literacy (MS Office, email) Your Benefits: Fixed monthly salary plus commission from sales.
